Northeast Organics Inc. was formed in 1993 and manufactures liquid fish fertilizer products that are natural and organic which sell under the names Fish Agra® & C 4-1-1® in the agricultural markets. Fish Agra is listed as an organic fertilizer by the Organic Materials Review Institute ("OMRI") Northeast Organics customers are both organic and conventional farmers. The fish products allow farmers to reduce input costs and reduce the usage of chemical & high salt fertilizers. Fish is particularly useful in rebuilding overworked soils because it is an excellent source of food for the beneficial bacteria & fungi in the soil. Independent studies have shown that fish increases antioxidant activity in plants and stimulates the rapid growth of good microbes in the soil. Fish Agra is currently being used from Maine to California for a wide variety of crops including alfalfa, corn, cotton, soybeans, fruits, and vegetables.

Northeast Organics Inc. also manufacters a carbon boost (38-40% carbon) fish base product called C 4-1-1. Results with C 4-1-1 have been execellent.
